Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed With Blue Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 cherry tomatoes
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    With a small melon ball cutter, scoop out the cherry tomato pulp.
    Sprinkle the shells with salt.
    Invert them on a rack and let them drain for 15 minutes.
    In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, crumbled Blue cheese, grated onion and salt and pepper to taste. Fill tomatoes with the mixture and sprinkle with chopped chives.
