Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 qt. finely chopped tomatoes
4 medium size finely chopped onions
3 garlic cloves
3 bell peppers
4 to 6 banana peppers
3 or 4 jalapeno peppers
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. vinegar
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix together
and
bring to boil.
Reduce heat and cook slowly (about 1
hour
or until thick).
Put in jars and seal. These ingredients may be pureed in blender.
