Joanne'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour (whole wheat)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Gradually mix in moist ingredients.
    Mix dry and moist ingredients together until evenly blended.
    Pour into 4 oiled 1 pound coffee cans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
