Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 chopped onions
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. capers
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces.
Wash and wipe dry.
Brown in 1/2 cup hot oil over medium heat and set aside until needed. Saute onions in remaining oil until soft.
Add catsup, vinegar, capers, brown sugar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Now add the chicken into the mixture.
Add water until the sauce is even with the chicken.
Cook on low heat for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
