Baked Seafood And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. crab meat
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. cleaned raw shrimp
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. fresh scallops
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. V-8 juice
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed on package.
    Saute celery, pepper and onions.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Put in greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
    Makes 6 servings.
