Creme De Menthe Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate wafers
    1/2 c. half and half or light cream
    18 large marshmallows
    pinch of salt
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. creme de menthe
Preparation
    Roll wafers into crumbs. Save some to garnish top.
    Mix crumbs with butter to form crust.
    Melt marshmallows with half and half in top of double boiler. Cool, then add creme de menthe and salt. Fold this into the whipped cream. Pour into crust and freeze. Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
