Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggplant
    2 or 3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. olive oil
    tomato sauce (approximately 2 c.)
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Romano cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice eggplant.
    Dip into egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil on both sides until golden brown.
    Remove and place on paper towels.
