Creamy Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. orange jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Stir until dissolved.
Add sour cream when warm.
Stir until blended.
Cool until slightly thickened and add remaining ingredients.
