Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown roast in cooking oil.
    Remove roast and add flour, making thick paste.
    Add water, A.1. steak and Worcestershire sauce.
    Place meat in liquid and cover.
    Cook on top of stove for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender.
    Water may be added as needed.
