Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into bite size
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. milk
    corn oil or peanut oil
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Dip chicken in milk and dredge in flour mixture.
    Heat one inch of oil in electric skillet to 325\u00b0.
    Add chicken and fry 5 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Makes 2 dozen nuggets.
