Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked cubed chicken or turkey
    1 can cream soup (chicken, mushroom)
    2 c. cooked cubed potatoes
    1 small pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked (may use leftover)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Bisquick or self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine (may reduce to 1/2 stick), melted
Preparation
    Mix chicken, soup, potatoes, peas and carrots, spices and enough potato water to make right sauce consistency. (You may also use white sauce or thicken vegetable water with flour and milk.) Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix last 3 ingredients and pour thin batter over top. Bake in 450\u00b0 oven until batter is cooked.
