Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large Focaccia Italian flaky bread
    8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 sliced tomatoes
    banana pepper (optional)
    1 c. prepared pasta sauce
Preparation
    Microwave until tender the zucchini, squash, onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce over bread. Layer cooked vegetables.
    Cover with remaining sauce.
    Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
