Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak (round or sirloin)
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 medium green peppers, sliced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    rice or egg noodles
Preparation
    Slice beef into thin strips.
    Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown meat.
    Add 2 cups water and simmer until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Cook 5 minutes additional.
    Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water.
    Add slowly to hot mixture to thicken.
    Add tomatoes to warm.
    Serve over cooked rice or boiled noodles.
