No Run Meringue For Cream Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook until thick.
    Set aside to cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add vanilla and 6 tablespoons sugar, small amount at a time. Add thickener; beat 3 minutes longer.
