Skillet Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. hot water
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. spaghetti
Preparation

Brown onion in oil, then add ground beef and brown in 10-inch skillet or saucepan.
Add tomato sauce, hot water, salt and garlic salt; bring to a boil.
Break spaghetti in half, add to the ingredients.
Reduce heat to barely boiling.
Stir frequently and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
Serves 4 to 6.
