Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Place egg white and water in large bowl. Beat until frothy but not stiff. Pour pecans into egg white and stir until coated.
