Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
    Cook stuffing as directed on package.
    Place cooked stuffing in scooped-out area.
    Sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese. Wrap in foil.
    Bake until tender.
    (Time depends on size of zucchini, large takes about 1 hour.)
