Pumpkin Cream Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 egg
2 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. oleo
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine pudding mix, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin.
Cook and stir constantly until mixture boils.
Cool 5 minutes and then pour on crust.
Serve with whipped topping.
