Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 pkg. Doritos
    1 can Ro-Tel
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken in water.
    Remove bones and chop into cubes. Grease casserole dish.
    Layer the following:
    Doritos, soaked in chicken broth, chicken, onion, seasoning, all soups and cheese. Top with Ro-Tel.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
