Pecan Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Whip butter until soft and add the confectioners sugar.
Add flour and pecans.
Mix well.
Add vanilla and water.
Roll into balls.
Put on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Let cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
