Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with onions until tender.
    Pour off some of liquid, then add carrots, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cook until sort of thick.
    Add about 1 cup of milk and cook a little more. Serve.
