Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/4 sticks oleo
    1 box broccoli spears
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain on paper towel.
    Melt 1/2 stick butter with cheese.
    Melt another 3/4 stick butter and add cracker crumbs.
    In baking dish, put broccoli, then cheese.
    Top with crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until heated through and crackers are brown.
