Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked or canned peas and carrots
    2 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef; add onion and pepper.
    Cook until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in soup and place in 1 1/2-quart greased casserole. Sprinkle peas and carrots over first ingredients.
    Arrange mashed potatoes in a ring on top, allowing filling to show through. Drizzle melted butter over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
