Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
2 c. (16 oz.) 1% low-fat cottage cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. (8 oz.) diet Cheddar cheese
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. low sodium Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Cook macaroni, drain.
Combine cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, egg whites, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a large bowl; mix until blended and fold in macaroni. Spoon mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven (325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0) for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
