Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 can chicken broth
Monterey Jack cheese
flour tortillas
1 can chopped green chillies
Preparation

Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, onion and chillies.
Dip tortillas in warmed broth.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and place in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
