Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. well drained, cooked yellow squash
    1 egg plus 1 egg white
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    10 or 12 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1/4 c. red bell pepper, diced
    1/4 c. green bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Owens mild sausage, crumbled and fried done
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, place in a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until egg is done and the casserole is slightly brown on top.
