Seven Minute Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in heavy pan.
    Boil over medium heat for 7 minutes. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Add last two ingredients.
    Beat until stiff.
