Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. butter (soft)
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 to 6 apples, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except lemon juice, apples and sugar. Place apples in greased Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle apples with lemon juice and sugar.
Put mixture over top of apples and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
