Seven Minute Frosting(Marshmallow Frosting) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    few grains of salt
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except vanilla. Beat in double boiler (or bowl placed in pan of hot water) with electric mixer, until mixture stands in soft peaks (7 to 10 minutes). Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat until very thick. Enough frosting for a two layer cake.
