White Mts. Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    a little over 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    butter (size of walnut), melted
    1 egg, beat until light
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Melt the butter.
    Add beaten egg and milk.
    Add to dry ingredients. Stir well.
    Grease muffin tin and fill half full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
