Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag fresh cranberries
6 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. diced apples
1 c. red grapes, quartered and seeds removed
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Preparation

The night before, using a blender or food chopper, grind cranberries, then mix with marshmallows and sugar. Cover and refrigerate. Add remaining ingredients the next day. Add Cool Whip just before serving. Serves 20.
