Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn
    2 eggs
    1 onion
    3 to 4 jalapeno peppers
    1/4 c. oil
    meal
    1 pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Add meal with water.
    Put layer of corn bread mixture, then layer of cheese, until the skillet is full.
    Bake in greased 9-inch skillet at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
