Valentine Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 13-oz. pkg. strawberry jell-o
    1 c. boiling water
    1 10-oz. pkg. sliced and sweetened frozen strawberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream OR Imo
    1 c. sliced bananas
    1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
    Other fruit, if desired
Preparation
    Dissolve jell-o in boiling water.
    Add frozen berries and stir until thawed.
    Add lemon juice.
    Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Add a little strawberry mixture and blend; add balance of the strawberry mixture.
    Fold in fruit.
    Pour into mold and chill until firm.
    Makes 4-6 servings.
