Salzburger Nockerln(Salzburg Souffle) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1/4 c. flour
8 egg whites
3/4 c. vanilla flavored sugar
3 Tbsp. sweet butter
1 finger depth of milk in souffle baking dish
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until light and creamy; beat in flour.
Set aside.
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Add vanilla flavored sugar, a little at a time.
The success of the Nockerln depends on the stiffness of the egg whites.
Be sure not to underbeat.
