Dilled Lamb Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless lamb
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed (or 1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill)
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
    dill weed (if desired)
Preparation
    Cut up lamb into 2 inch cubes.
    Put meat, salt, dill weed and water in a covered microwaveproof casserole and cook (in microwave) until tender for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring off and on.
    Add celery and carrots and cook until tender (5 to 8 minutes). Blend cornstarch and cream.
    Stir into stew and continue cooking and stirring until thickened.
    Do not overcook meat.
    Serves 6.
