"Heavenly" Banana Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed banana pulp (ripe)
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening together.
Add 2 egg yolks and mix well.
Now add banana pulp.
