Applesauce Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Pour oil and milk into one cup.
    Add all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir until mixed.
    Shape into ball. Place dough into ball in between wax paper.
    Roll to 1/8 inch thick.
    Cut.
    Fill with filling; seal.
    Use a fork.
    Fry 4 to 5 minutes at 350\u00b0 in 1 inch of oil.
    Makes 8 to 10.
