Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. quick or regular oats
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine self-rising flour, brown sugar and quick or regular oats.
Add egg, buttermilk, cooking oil, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour into muffin tins and cook about 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
