Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Line muffin tins with cupcake papers. Using wooden spoon, blend the first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips; set aside.
