Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 potatoes, peeled
    olive oil
    1 clove garlic per person, peeled and chopped
    1/2 tsp. rosemary per person
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes for 5 minutes.
    Drain and pat dry.
    Slice.
    In a pan large enough to hold the potatoes in one layer, add enough olive oil to coat the bottom generously.
    Add potatoes and garlic and toss to coat.
    Add rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
