Kraut Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
salt and pepper
1 medium head cabbage
2 cans crescent rolls
Preparation

In large deep skillet, brown hamburger and onion.
Then cover meat with water (about 4 cups).
Shred cabbage and place in skillet.
Mash down so it is covered with the water.
Cover and simmer on a medium heat until cabbage is just tender.
Mix up meat with the cabbage, then pour into a colander in sink and let drain thoroughly.
