Cubed Steak Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pieces cubed steak
3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 small onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Layer steak on bottom of casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Layer onions, carrots and then potatoes.
Heat soup, water and margarine and pour over other ingredients.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
