Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. diced apples
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add pecans and apples.
Bake in sheet cake pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
