1 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Prepare batter:
Stir together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl.
Add milk, oil and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Mix in walnuts.
Spread evenly in 8-inch square glass dish.
