Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    3 eggs, separated
    8 salted crackers, crushed
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for egg whites. Beat whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Place in greased loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until brown and crispy.
    Excellent served with buttered noodles and a green vegetable.
    Very colorful plate.
