Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. shredded zucchini
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add sugar and beat.
    Add oil and vanilla and beat.
    In a separate bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
    Gradually add to egg mixture using spoon.
    Stir in zucchini, pineapple and pecans.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 75 minutes.
