Sausage Rounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 loaves party rye bread
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and sausage together.
Drain.
In a large saucepan mix cheese, mushrooms and oregano until cheese melts and coats all ingredients.
Place a heaping tablespoonful of mixture on rye rounds and freeze.
At anytime, take from freezer and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Makes about 40 rounds.
