Sausage And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sage sausage
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice with seasonings
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Brown sausage; crumble and drain.
    Reserve drippings.
    Saute onion and celery in sausage drippings.
    Cook rice according to package directions; add sausage, onion and celery, then add mushrooms and water chestnuts.
    Turn into a casserole; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    This is a wonderful brunch dish.
