Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. canned milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
2 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease.
Mix in rest of ingredients, except bread.
Cut bread in half lengthwise; scoop out center of each half.
Fill bread halves with meat mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
