Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 slices of tomatoes
    4 slices of onions
    4 slices of bell peppers
    1 c. rice
    salt
    pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Salt and
    pepper
    pork
    chops;
    dip in flour.
    Brown on both sides
    in
    oil.
    Place in Dutch oven or covered casserole dish. Place
    slice
    of tomato, onion and slice of bell pepper on each chop.
    Cover with 1 cup of rice.
    Add 2 cups of water. Salt to taste.
    Cook
    1
    hour in a 350\u00b0 oven or until water is absorbed by rice.
